BodySense is a new workshop hosted by Sharon Lynch, Mindful Movement Practitioner and Mary Hunt, Feldenkrais Therapist. They have put together a series of four workshops combining their years of experience in mindful presence and movement modalities.This workshop is for those who are looking for something more in life through gentle movement.

BodySense combines The Feldenkrais Method taught by Mary, with Sharon’s renowned Dancing The Rainbow - holistic wellbeing through movement workshops. This wonderful combination allows us to develop a deeper connection to the felt presence in our body and to cultivate that presence through embodied movement, creativity and personal insights.
The Feldenkrais Method lays a foundation of physical and functional awareness in the body, enabling participants to move with greater ease and efficiency.
Dancing The Rainbow builds on this by following our instinctual movement patterns into free-flow dance, giving space for our natural creativity to emerge through movement and dance.
Held in a nurturing space with like-minded others, this workshop gives us an opportunity to rest, reset and recharge ourselves for the year ahead.
There are four workshops in total, but you don't need to attend them all. Each will guide you to tune into different body parts through gentle movement.
