Fascia • Forgiveness • Bach Flower RemediesWhat if forgiveness was not just emotional… but biological?
Many of us are carrying years of emotional stress, grief, resentment, fear, and heartbreak, not just in our minds, but within the nervous system, fascia, and body.
This is a space to gently unwind, regulate, and return to safety within yourself.
This workshop is an invitation to gently explore the connection between emotional experience, the nervous system, fascia, and the body’s capacity to return to safety. Through guided fascia release, nervous system regulation practices, education, reflection, and flower remedy support, we create space for the body to soften what it has been holding.
This is not about bypassing pain or forcing forgiveness. It is about understanding how the body holds emotional experience and supporting it to unwind at its own pace.
INCLUDED IN THE WORKSHOP:
You will receive Charlotte’s flower remedy blend “I AM LOVE”, created to support emotional softening from fear, grief, anger, resentment, and self-protection into compassion, openness, and forgiveness.
Each participant will take home their own bottle to continue working with over the following 3–4 weeks, supporting integration beyond the session.
Flower remedies, developed from the work of Dr. Edward Bach, are gentle vibrational essences traditionally used to support emotional balance and wellbeing.
