FAQs:
Do I need to be in great shape to participate in class?
Not at all! FIT4MOM is for moms of all fitness levels. We empower you through choice. You will be coached by a trained fitness instructor who will guide you through exercises best for your age and stage of motherhood. You exercise at the pace you feel most comfortable.
I might be out of town on a few of the dates, is that okay?
Absolutely! We get life (especially with kids) is busy! We will have two scheduled workouts a week - you also will have the option to attend the workout virtually or your coach will provide you with a workout plan to complete on your own time
Can I bring kids to these classes?
Sadly, no. Because of the nature of this program, these in-person classes are for moms-only. However, for any virtual classes know it is totally okay and normal to have your children around.
How much is the session and is it included in my F4M membership?
The session is $320 for the entire 8 weeks. Currently we are offering $45 OFF through 11/29.
The session cost is separate from a monthly FIT4MOM membership (and class pass) because it includes one-on-one coaching along with 16 private, intimate fitness classes that will be designed to drive results toward your goals.
