
About this Event
Get your game on with conditioning drills, and movement sequences to improve overall fitness. Whether you’re a beginner curious about capoeira or a practitioner looking to enhance your performance, this series will help you build strength, coordination, and confidence in a fun and supportive environment.
Full body workout based on aerobic intervals and bodyweight resistance. We will train functional movement patterns and core to extremity integration directly applicable to the physical demands and range of Capoeira. Will include a warmup and short cool down/stretch.
Instrutor Yago, has been a fitness professional, personal trainer and group class instructor for the last 20 years, with multiple certifications and a plethora of experience working with clients ages of all types of capabilities and disabilities in various different programs. He has owned his own gym for the last 10 years. We are honored to have this opportunity to work with him.
