WHAT IS BODY UNLOCKBody Unlock is a physical mastery class where we break movement down to its origins, allowing people to explore the architecture of their bodies in a new light.
Together we will memorize a map of solid foundations that you can keep and take into your life with leadership and grace.
Body Unlock is a tried and tested method that will empower the individual and allow their unique movement to flourish.
All levels of experience are welcomed.
