Join Sara Newer to stretch + release the tension and stress in your body while increasing flexibility and mobility. With a focus on active stretching through a unique blend of yoga poses combined with Myofascial Release, this class is designed to improve your body’s mobility, ease pain and tension, and simply allow you to function better in your body.

This Feature class is offered in a warm space to help aid in softening the commonly tight areas of the body. Expect to use Yoga Tune Up Balls, tennis balls, blocks and straps to stretch and apply pressure to the muscles and fascia of the body.

Through this class you can learn how to create and support longevity and ease of movement while working to relieve target areas of tension and discomfort.
