Fable & Sow’s Body, Soul & Sisterhood Weekend is a sensual health and wellness experience for women rooted in movement, education, pleasure, and community care. In partnership with FearLess Revolution Studio and led by Orisha Re', this weekend invites women into deeper connection with their bodies, their stories, and one another.
Through conversation, movement, stretching, and shared reflection, participants are encouraged to reconnect to themselves with more freedom, softness, confidence, and power.

This full-body stretch class is built to help women release tension, improve mobility, and learn simple, powerful movements they can carry into everyday life. Through self-led release work and partner-assisted stretching, participants are invited into a supportive and restorative experience centered on embodiment, care, and connection.

About Orisha Re’
Orisha Re' is a movement educator with 30 years of experience in strength, flexibility, corrective exercise, sensual movement, and whole-body transformation.
Her work centers on high-achieving women who are powerful in every room, but often disconnected from the room inside themselves. Through movement, education, and honest conversation, Orisha helps women return to their bodies with confidence, pleasure, and care.
Her offerings include Fearlessly Sexy, her signature 1:1 transformation coaching program, private assisted stretching, perimenopause education and support, and corporate wellness programming through The Reset Experience.
Her credentials include Certified Personal Trainer, Animal Flow Instructor, NASM Corrective Exercise Specialist, NASM Stretching and Flexibility Coach, and GGS Certified Menopause Coach.
Based in Midtown East, New York City, Orisha works with clients in-studio, in their homes, and virtually.
