January Session (4 weeks)Join us Monday evenings for our multi-level drop-in class. No dance experience needed to enjoy this class- the ultimate goddess workout! Learn to embrace and celebrate your body as you move and use it in a unique way through a fusion of bellydance styles. Come prepared to have fun and get a great workout, while tapping into your beautiful, powerful, inner goddess!
Wear clothing that makes you feel comfortable and beautiful. Coin belts and hip scarves will be available to borrow. Bring water and a yoga mat for the stretching portion.
**Enter building through Everbowl entrance on Madison Ave and head downstairs.
