Massage can help clients to de-stress, improve circulation, and reduce pain. Providing a massage treatment can be both beneficial to the client and the therapist and can lead to an incredibly rewarding career. The GTi Body Massage course covers massage techniques, a full body massage routine and the preparation you need for the treatment.
This course is partly online and partly practical training.
You will need to complete the online Anatomy and Physiology Training with The Guild of Holistic Therapists and then we meet for 4 full days to complete practical body massage training.
Once you have booked your training course and paid the enrolment and theory fee of £25, you will be able complete the theory modules for the course right away.
Once you have completed the theory modules, you can do the practical training and get your certificate.
The practical content is delivered by Stephanie Shanti, who has been massaging for 20 years and is now dedicated to training up massage therapists, Reiki healers and yoga teachers.

Practical Module: 4 day training
'The massage training is such a beautiful experience to receive and give wonderful massage in a relaxed yet carefully structured way. The practical training is cleverly split into manageable body parts to allow plenty of hands on training . Steph is such a fantastic teacher and really helps you to learn the fiddly bits like the towel etiquette so that you can then focus on getting on with the massage without worrying about what to do to cover up the client. She teaches you luscious techniques to work the muscles more deeply. She is so experienced and is good at passing this on and reinforcing the learning with relevant anatomy and beautiful techniques to make the massage begin to flow more naturally. By alternating between receiving and performing massage this helps to reinforce the learning making the relaxation flow. What a wonderful training with a wonderful lady I would fully recommend this course.'
“I really enjoyed the Body Massage training with Steph, she is a great teacher and is clearly very knowledgeable and passionate about what she teaches. I searched for a long time for a massage course that felt right for me, and I am so pleased and grateful to have found this one. I have come away feeling happy and confident in the skills and knowledge that I have learnt.”
