Evening event hosted by Janie J with a special presentation by spiritual teacher and energy healer Lorraine Lesser. This is a fun meditative and interactive workshop where you will learn how to tap into your body’s inner intelligence in relation to your food choices and more. There is a super power within you that is just waiting to be turned on to guide you in your awareness of your body’s needs.
