About this Event
Body in Alchemy is a deep reconnection experience where movement becomes the channel for transforming energy, emotions, and ingrained patterns within the body.
More than a class, it is a constellation of transformation in motion — a unique encounter where the people who come are precisely those meant to be there. Each session creates a singular energetic field that cannot be replicated, as everything that unfolds arises from the interaction between bodies, breaths, and presences.
During the 2-hour journey, we explore:
Somatic and exploratory movement — to awaken body awareness and release deep tensions.
Postural work and joint and muscular strengthening— to restore balance, stability, and confidence in the body.
Breath, presence, and listening — as gateways to releasing emotions stored in muscles, joints, fascia, and organs.
Expression and spontaneity — an invitation to move with freedom, authenticity, and curiosity.
This is a space to free the body from the past and allow energy to flow again. By transforming movement into awareness, we awaken a more confident, vital, and present version of ourselves — paving the way for new habits, new choices, and a new state of being
