Monthly Body Image Support GroupWould you like to feel better about your body? Are you done with the false promises of diets but not sure what to do instead?
Body acceptance is the path forward, and this group will connect you with others who are on the same path.
You can feel better about your body, and care for your body without diet culture influence.
Each month, group leader Michelle will select a theme to guide the group. You may come every month or drop in as you please.
Group is hosted at Food Freedom in Downtown Burlington.
Cost: $35 per person, due at registration.
