With Practitioner: Echo Taylor
Echo Taylor has been a fitness and wellness coach for over 15 years, and has gained extensive training in body image coaching through the National Eating Disorder Association and the Body Project. She brings her years of experience in working with clients in custom fitness and intuitive eating guidance, as well as her interpersonal experience helping clients discuss and navigate diet culture and societal pressures.
This group setting is perfect for finding connection and community while navigating difficult conversation and relatable stories and feelings.
