Join us for an immersive, full-day workshop designed for dieticians, therapists, and healthcare professionals who want to feel more confident and equipped when addressing body image issues and struggles. Using the framework from their book Body Image Inside Out, this experiential training will provide you with practical tools to shift deeply ingrained body image patterns, while also supporting clinicians in examining their own relationship with body image.

- How to help your clients understand and explore the interplay between their relationships and their body image.
Workshop Style:
- Dynamic teaching including frameworks, practical and creative tools, case examples and personal stories. Ample time for Q and A.
- Engage in reflective writing and engaging exercises: Dive into your personal experiences and patterns through guided exercises.
