Body Conditioning combines exercises from Pilates and Barre to condition, strengthen, and balance the body. Through isolated movements, isometric holds, and intricate pulsations, we reach and activate smaller and deeper muscle groups that are integral in maintaining the body’s balanced structure and dynamic alignment. It is a full body workout that encourages awareness, attention, and precision. You can expect a repertoire that blends toning and lengthening: planks, squats, hip mobility, spinal articulation, pliés, leg extensions, upper body work, footwork, and more.
*This is an open-level class for anyone looking to sense and understand their body in motion. It is an excellent complement to other exercise regimens and daily movements.
**Modifications are offered for different accessibility needs.
