Body, Breath, Bone
This workshop invites an exploration of our embodied experience of what it means to be alive by connecting deeply to some of the most fundamental elements of our being: Our bodies, bones and breath.
We will be drawing on various modalities, including body-mind centring, embodied imagination, dance movement improvisation, witnessed moving, mythology and creative expression to foster body-mind fulness and deepening embodied consciousness of our bodies, bones and breath.
Body, breath and bone have many dimensions, follow their own path and can reveal us to ourselves in their own way and according to their own rhythms. Attending to these rhythms can open us up to a deeper connection with and awareness of our embodied selves and support wholeness, body-mind integration and somatic health.
Suitable for anyone ages 16 to 105, no experience required.
