Where Words Move And Bodies Speak.
About this Event

Feeling Stuck? Uninspired? Ready to Break Free?

Do you ever feel like your creativity is locked inside you, just out of reach? Like the words won’t come, the well of inspiration has run dry or the stories you want to tell get tangled in a world of doubt and negative self-talk? Maybe your body feels heavy, your confidence shaky, your voice uncertain—whether in your art, your work, your relationships or just how you show up in the world.

You’re not alone. And you don’t have to stay in the stuckness.

SOMA Writing™ is where movement meets the page. This is where you wake up your creativity from the inside out.

In Body, Breath & Words, we'll fuse movement, somatic exploration, breathwork/visualization and guided writing to go beyond the overthinking mind and tap into the raw, instinctual, untamed voice within.

This isn’t a writing class. And it's not a dance class.

This is a full-body creative liberation.

What happens when you step into the SOMA Writing™ practice?

  • You shake off creative blocks, self-doubt, and that heavy “stuck” feeling
  • You wake up your body, your senses and your natural storytelling flow
  • You feel alive, inspired and ready to express yourself freely
  • You move, you laugh, you write things that surprise the hell out of you
  • You connect with other creative souls who are just as ready to break free as you are
  • You leave with fresh writing, fresh energy and a sense of confidence you can’t fake
  • You have FUN!

This is not a writing workshop. It’s a ritual. A reclamation. A weaving of story and soma, spirit and ink.

Who Is This For?

SOMA Writing™ is for anyone who craves freedom in their expression—whether you’re an artist, an entrepreneur, a storyteller or simply a human being ready to shake things up and feel more ALIVE.

You do NOT need to be a ‘writer’ or a ‘dancer' to awaken the stories that live within your bones, your breath, your being. Write from a place beyond the mind and tap into the wisdom of your body. Through guided movement, ecstatic flow, and embodied exploration, you'll shift stagnant narratives and feel the wellspring of creativity flow through you. Gather with a beautiful community of writers, seekers, movers, mystics—all here to explore, express, expand and share—alongside you.

Are you ready to move, write, and tap into the part of you that’s been waiting to be set free?

Your body has something to say. It’s time to listen.

Join us.
