You'll learn whatβs really behind the discomfort, what most people get wrong, and what you can start doing right away to feel stronger and more in control of your health. Lead by physical therapist Dr. Karen Hunt, PT, DPT, Cert. DN, each session includes a clear breakdown of each topic followed by guided exercises tailored to support that area of the body.
