Body & Balance is a 45-minute, Pilates-inspired workout designed for efficiency and results. This low-impact class combines bodyweight exercises and resistance band training to burn calories, sculpt long, lean muscle, and strengthen your core—all while being gentle on joints. Every movement is purposeful, maximizing results in minimal time, leaving you feeling energized, strong, and balanced. Tuesdays at 5pm and Saturdays at 9am. All Fitness Abilities Welcome!
