Join us for a rejuvenating and calming Awareness Meditation session at Moore Than Rocks.
A meditation that is perfect for beginners! This meditation is to help slow down the overactive mind, relax the tense body, and regulate emotions. Benefits include calming your energy down, cultivating mindfulness, and developing more awareness in your day to day life.
During the mediation you will be guided to not engage with your thoughts, body, and emotions. This helps you disconnect from the anxiety, stress, and dramas they may create so that you can cultivate stillness within. Helping you to take this stillness and calm with you throughout your days and weeks ahead.
