This is my last & most exciting 5 week practice of the year. This one comes straight from my heart, and is fuelled by my passion for helping people appreciate their body for more than what they see in the mirror.
I hope to help alleviate some of the insecurities created by society’s unrealistic beauty standards & toxic beliefs.

5 weeks (Tuesdays) 19:30-20:30
Week 5 19:30-21:00 will be candlelit and include an extra 30 minutes of relaxation & reiki.
Throughout the practice I will be using positive affirmations to help you improve your relationship with your body.
