Join us on outdoor patio for this FREE Body Alchemy movement medicine class, as we connect our mind, body, soul -- to move with intention and be guided by deep intuition.
This movement medicine class invites you to drop into yourself, to reconnect to what your physical and energetic body needs, and to awaken intuitive movement that feels good to you! Through guided meditation, yoga, somatic movement, and embodiment practices, we'll explore what it means to be fully expressive and expansive in Yourself!

About the Facilitator
Kelsey is a trauma informed Yoga and Meditation teacher, Doctor of PT specializing in Women's Pelvic Health, Reiki energy healer, Intuition guide, and Movement Medicine Facilitator. She is the founder of Glow House Of Senses. Her passion and purpose is lovingly guiding individuals home to the wisdom of their sacred bodies -- to heal, to alchemize pain into power, and to embody the fullest, most Glowing, expression of themselves.
