Happy to announce we are in this fantastic community based venue The Beat, in Bodmin Town. The room is reformed from an old theatre with charm and pleasant acoustics to enjoy your conversations. For ages 45+, single permanent resident of Cornwall.
Join us for an exciting evening of speed dating! This in-person event is your chance to meet like-minded individuals in a fun and relaxed atmosphere. Whether you're searching for the one, or friendship - our events are the perfect opportunity to connect with others who share your interests and experiences.
How it works;
Ticket holders to arrive between 6pm and 6.45pm. Drinks are available in the downstairs bar, so bring it with you upstairs, where your host will welcome you, and give everyone a quick briefing of the format. Use this time to chat to fellow daters, until the speed dating starts at 7pm.
There will be up to 15 dates each, 5 minutes per date, with a few intervals for toilet breaks and drink top ups. There are plenty of mingling opportunities throughout.
For the speed dating segment ladies stay seated, as the gentlemen rotate tables, when the bell rings!
Your match results will be revealed the following day, when you will be contacted with the phone numbers of those you have been matched with. Who makes the next move is up to you.....
