Chef David Sierra in collaboration with Sommelier Gustavo Iniesta created a decadent tasting menu where each dish pairs perfectly with the organic wines from Bodegas Tempore
About bodegas Tempore: The Generacion Wines come from the winery Bodegas Tempore in Spain- all organic and woman owned.
This is a new project for them. It’s 5 wines representing three generations of the family.
Paula Yago Aznar, the owner, will be here for the event.
