Kickoff Bockfest weekend with us by enjoying a 4-course dinner in the Bier Keller!
No Joke Smoke is cooking up a feast for this celebration of hearty German lagers. Each course will be paired with one of our special release bocks in this guided tasting in our underground barrel-aging cellar.
Throwing it back to one of our original bocks, we have a limited number of Triple Bock bottles signed by our founder, Jim Koch, available as an add-on to take home.
Four-Course Menu
- Arugula with butternut square, dried cranberries, blue cheese, pecans, and a maple vinaigrette
- Brisket chili with beans, fire-roasted tomatoes, and No Joke Smoke's Saweet Heat BBQ sauce
- Turkey Meatloaf stuffed with gouda cheese and topped with No Joke Smoke's Coffee Maddness BBQ sauce, served with mashed potatoes
- Marshmellow chocolate chip cookie bars
