Boars Well is the site where the last wild boar in Bradford (and allegedly in England) was killed, the head of the boar can be seen on Bradford’s coat of arms. BUWG had influence on making this small nature reserve, which embodies the word urban as it is very close to the city centre. However, this small piece of nature is ready for a tidying up, please join us for a morning of litter picking. This event is free but booking is essential to organise the equipment. Meeting point is where the public path in the reserve
meets King’s Rd, by the bus stop, 35 King’s Rd, BD3 0FA, opposite B&M. What three words location: “valid.regard.sings”
Please note that this outdoor event is weather dependent, so please check our Facebook page for any updates or cancellations the day before the event. It's important to note that BUWG takes no responsibility for children, and all children under 18 must be accompanied by an adult.
