Sign up on BCP (Best Coast Pairings) app and lists to be submitted before 24th May 6pm
Doors open at 9am
First pairings at 10am, each table has set missions and setting so no game is the same, and players will be assigned a table and opponents via the table numbers.
Round 1 - 10am - 12.30pm
Lunch - 12.30 - 1.30pm
Round 2 - 1.30pm - 4pm
Round 3 - 4.15pm - 6.30pm
Results and prizes.
Players will be able to vote for special prizes such as best general, best painted, best sportsman and a few others.
