The Smith Center for the Arts, in conjunction with Seneca County Chamber of Commerce, is excited to announce the inaugural Board Speed Dating event on Wednesday, October 22 from 5:00 - 7:00PM.This event is geared towards those looking for a relaxed, casual opportunity to meet local, community-based organizations eager to share their volunteer Board Opportunities.
Attendees will come to The Smith ready to mingle and talk with local organizations about their skills and passions while organizations share literature and highlight their activities and opportunities. The bell will periodically be rung to keep the room moving, ensuring everyone has the chance to connect with as many organizations as possible.
Light refreshments and snacks will be available while attendees work the room and meet fresh faces from the FLX community. Organizations seeking new board members are also encouraged to sign up to host a table.
