Grab a friend, snack and non-alcoholic drink and join us at Welty Environmental Center on Sunday, March 16, 2025, beginning at 1:00 PM. All proceeds will go towards Project West Wing Renewal.Walk-ins welcome!
Along with our large wood signs (prices listed below), we will be offering "Itty Bitty, Make & Take" shelf sitter options for $20 each, 2/$35 or 3/$50, per participant. (These shelf sitters come in
8”x6” and 11”x4” sizes.)
"Take and make kits" for this size will also be available to purchase and take home!
Pre-payment is required for all full sized signs.
Pre-payment/registration is appreciated for the mini boards as well so we have enough supplies for everyone, but you may pay when you arrive for this option.
Cash, PayPal or Venmo are accepted.
To guarantee that we have your favorite stencil design on hand, please message Knotty Designs one week prior to this event, otherwise feel free to choose from the many stencils we will have on hand!
If you would like to make one of the larger signs, please send your request to Knotty Designs ASAP, but they are due one week prior to the event. You may choose from anything you see pictured within the multiple photo albums on the Knotty Designs Facebook Page. Feel free to message with any questions and we will walk you through the process.
For custom designs, please submit ASAP!
The cost is $50 for standard size boards and $60 for standard size boards that are personalized or customized in any way.

10” x 48” - $60
10” x 60” - $75
*Round designs:
24” - add $15 ($65)
Personalization, custom designs or any changes requested are an additional $10.
This project takes approximately one hour, and all supplies will be provided.
