Whether you're a seasoned gamer or new to the world of board games, this event offers something for everyone. Discover new games, challenge your friends, and make new connections with like-minded individuals along the way. Changeling staff will be available to help you find players and match you with a game.
From classic favourites to modern hits, we have a wide selection of games to choose from. And don't worry if you're unfamiliar with the rules – our friendly game gurus will be there to guide you. You are also welcome to bring games from your own collection if you wish.
So come solo or gather your friends, bring your energetic spirit, and let's make this a memorable night of laughter, strategy, and friendly competition. Prepare to roll the dice, lay down your cards, and move your game pieces towards victory!
Tickets:
+ For this Changeling Gaming gathering, tickets are sold to help cover the operational costs of running the event.
+Tickets for this event include access to a curated collection of board games and on-site game gurus who will help you with player pairings, game selection, and running how-to-plays for your table. Our collection includes games like Coup, Codenames, Splendor, The Mind, Love Letter, and many more!
+Tickets can be purchased in advance on Eventbrite.
Community Rush Seats:
+ We work to keep our events financially accessible by offering a limited number of free community seats open for walk-ins. These seats are to support those who may not otherwise be able to access the event.
+ These seats cannot be reserved and include bar seats and standing room areas of the event space.
+ For those hoping for a rush seat, please come by anytime during event hours, and seats are given out on a first-come, first-serve basis. Use Facebook to demonstrate your interest and pin this event to your calendar. Facebook RSVPs do not guarantee seating. If all seats are taken when you arrive, there is standing room for drinks and to wait for any open seats.
Food & Drink:
+ There is no minimum for this event, but supporting our hosts is encouraged.
+ Loop beverages are available to purchase as a non-alcoholic option.
+ Red Tape offers chips and other snack foods. They also occasionally have local vendor pop-ups.
+ You may bring outside food with you or order in if you wish.
+ Neighbourhood recommendation: across the street from Red Tape is Ruby Pizza N' Wings, a wonderful takeout-style restaurant that is open late for walk-ups.

+ Limited street parking is available.
