The meeting is held at the Draycote Hotel, London Road (A45), CV23 9LF.

Date/Time
Our meetings run every single week and we will be looking forward to meeting you on the meeting date you have been registered on. A registration confirmation email will be sent to you from BNI UK, once you have regeistered through Eventbrite.
Please aim to arrive for 6.45am where one of the visitor team will meet you at the main entrance. The hotel reception staff will also be available to direct you to our meeting room.
Registration
First on the agenda will be to get you registered. The visitor team will give you a name badge and show you where to put any business cards or flyers you have brought with you. Next we will show you where your seat is so that you can leave any bags or coats there. You will also have items for taking notes throughout the meeting.
Open Networking
Next, a nice cup of tea or coffee and a bit of open networking. The visitor team will help introduce you to as many members as possible; our members will be very keen to meet you.
Formal Meeting
At 7.00am we begin the formal part of the meeting – fun and structured, it ensures we are as efficient as possible in maximising our businesses. It will be hosted by me and you will have members beside you to answer any questions you may have.
During the formal part of the meeting, you will be given the opportunity to deliver a 60 second “elevator pitch” telling us who you are, what you do, and the type of business you are looking for. Please use this opportunity to educate us about your business and if you have a specific business contact who you would like an introduction to, please ask – hopefully someone in the room will know them and be able to help connect you.
Questions, Answers & Feedback
The formal part of the meeting will finish around 8.20am. While the regular members discuss any other business, you will be invited to spend a few minutes with one of the Visitor Team along with other visitors. This is an opportunity to let us know what you thought of the meeting and ask any questions that you may have. We also get you to the front of the breakfast queue!
Breakfast
We then enjoy our delicious breakfast (continental and full English buffet) and continue open networking. This is the opportunity to connect again with anyone over breakfast that may have sparked your interest during the formal part of the meeting. Please do let us know if you have any dietary requirements that a hotel buffet would need to prepare for.
Post Meeting
Everything is done and dusted by 9am and some of our members may even stay a little longer for 1-2-1’s in the hotel lounge. Feel free to use the facilities of the hotel, there are even some quiet areas if you need to get online or take a call.

Rearrangement
We understand that life happens, lease do let us know if you are unable to attend at any point as we will need to make alternative arrangements on the day and arrange for an alternative visit date for you.
