Our beginners open days are designed to give anyone the chance to try and learn about the sport of armoured medieval combat, the training and community around it.18+, all abilities welcome, no equipment required only suitable gym wear and water.
On the day we will cover;
Warm up
Introduction to basic sword and shield
Introduction to basic clinch and grappling
Introduction to duel rulesets
This session is designed to introduce and establish foundations for further training with us in our weekly sessions.
