Plein Air (in open air) artists from across the country will paint Dubuque scenes Sunday, September 29, 2024 through Saturday, October 5, 2024. The paintings will be on display in historic Steeple Square in downtown Dubuque. We will award thousands in prize money and the finished work will be ready to sell.
