******This year we are asking the families of the Assisted Living building to bring a Side Dish of your choosing. The families of the Arbors building, we ask that you bring a Dessert of your choosing.

Assorted Chips
Drinks:
Lemonade, Fruit Punch, Assorted Sodas and Water Games:
Horse Shoes, Washer, Basketball, Ring Toss, Axe Throwing,
Corn Hole
Raffles:
Purchase Raffle Tickets for Assorted Prizes, Gift Baskets $5.00 a ticket
Purchase Raffle Tickets for our Dunking Booth to dunk an Employee $2.00 a ball or 3 balls for $5.00
All proceeds raised will go towards our Fundraiser for The Longest Day for Alzheimer's Awareness
