Come join Sarah and Steve for a 4-week series exploring Blues on the social dance floor. This series will cover Blues pulse, connections, traveling, shapes as well as the different connections: open, closed and close embrace (chest-to-chest with your partner). We’ll focus primarily on Ballroomin’ style blues that fits slow jazz music well, but will also cover Jookin’ blues and music it’s danced to (e.g. Chicago Blues). We’ll be starting from scratch, so dancers of all levels are welcome! Please note that teachers reserve the right to turn students away if they did not attend the weeks prior, for the safety of other students.WHEN:

*No street shoes allowed in Hoover! You’re welcome to dance in socks or designated dance shoes that haven’t been outside!
