Blues & Fusion is back again at Trilogy Swing this year! We will be offering a variety of Blues and Fusion workshops and TWO nights of social dancing.In partnership with Greenville Fusion, RDU Blues, and the local community, we plan to keep you dancing all weekend long!
Workshops:
6 Hours of Workshops with Kara Fabina (Colorado Springs, CO), Eleanor Chen (NC), Gracie Johnson (SC), and J Joseph (SC). Workshops will be 7:00p - 10:00p both days.
2 Hour Add-On Intensive ($15 Presale, $20 Day Of) with Kara Fabina on “Seeking Connection & Frame Matching”. The Intensive will be Saturday from 5:00p - 7:00p
Workshops will primarily feature Blues technique but presented in a way that will allow for Blues or Fusion dancers to apply them in unique and creative ways!
ALL the WCS Beginner Track classes are included as well!
Music / Social Dancing:
12 Hours of Fusion Social Dancing with Eleanor Chen (Asheville, NC), Neil Benen (Brooklyn, NY), Camille Wolfewood (RDU, NC) Tola Sun (Hendersonville, NC), Dave Warner (RDU, NC) and Cat Evans (Greenville, SC). Social Dancing will be 10:00p- 4:00a both nights.
Music for the social will rotate through a variety of Blues Genres, Modern Blues music, and Fusion tunes that will keep dancers of all styles on the floor!
