NOTE: early start and end times of 11.30 - 2.30 during venue summer season.A community social dance event - sometimes it's more social, sometimes it's more dance, always it's community. Join us for a chilled afternoon of music, dancing, brunching and chatting. Everyone is welcome.
We'll put on some blues and other tunes that we like for dancing but we love to hear new music so if you’ve discovered a great new tune, or are in the mood for something particular, please drop us an email: [email protected]
You could DJ a long or short set or just let us know a tune you’d like to us to play.
Suggested entry donation of £1 which goes to the bar’s tip jar. If you don't carry cash please tip the bar staff when ordering food / drinks.
There are no COVID restrictions for this event but please DO NOT ATTEND if you have any symptoms which could be COVID (or any other nasty contagion!).
Brunch is also a community share space: we often bring excess eggs from our hens and encourage everyone with any excess produce or other items to bring it along to share / exchange. If you're not sure about bringing something message us and we can put a note on the Facebook event to see if anyone is interested.
Note that the event is in the downstairs venue – go in the main entrance then look for the sign that says “gents toilet downstairs” on a door to the left of the bar.
