So you think you make the tastiest chili outside of Texas? Prove it. Bring your pot of chili to the Bluegrass Classic Chili Cookoff at Chill Bar Highlands. Entry fee is $10 and you are eligible for cash prizes to be awarded to the top 3 winners! The chili chow down is Sunday, Oct. 26 from 4 to 7 p.m. A minimum $5 donation lets you sample as much chili as you want along with the fixins! And you get to cast your vote for your favorite chili! There will be $1 jello shots and raffles! And you can feast on some chili dogs @ $3 each; two for $5, too. (These are not part of the competition). The cookoff benefits the 42nd Annual Evan Williams Bourbon Experience Bluegrass Classic Bourbon Bowl. Funds raised not only help stage the tournament but also support two designated charities that serve the LGBTQ community.General Chili Cookoff rules will be posted in feed.
