Join us at UCC Petaluma for "Yoga Nidra (Rest Practice) " a weekly 60-minute experience centered around rest, calming your nervous system, and connecting with yourself.
WHAT TO EXPECT:Yoga Nidra is practiced in a relaxation pose, such as Yoga Savasana, lying on your back. Please bring a yoga mat, three or four blankets, an optional bolster, something lightweight to cover your eyes, a journal and a pen, and wear loose, warm cloothing. Each relaxation will conclude with two minutes of free writting, as this is prime time for the answers and messages from your truest Self to be revealed.

- 2:45 PM: Arrive & Check-In
- 3-4PM: Yoga Nidra
- To Bring: Yoga mat, blanket(s), pillow, eye mask, or anything else to support rest
