A 10-week, one hour walking group, lead by BZPP Ambassador’s Annette Sprague and Mary Sabella!
What To Expect: A weekly, one hour, small-group walking series, open to all. This is a chance to Move Naturally with a Positive Pack, and build new community and friendships.
5:45pm: Arrive and Check-In
6 - 7pm: Walk Begins
Parking: Park at Leghorns Park main parking lot (free).
Ages: All ages welcome

Registration, Schedule & Attendance: Although it is a recurring 10-week series, you must register for each week's walk you plan to attend, even if you have registered for multiple in this series. This is a 10-week program from Thursday Sept 5 to Thursday Nov 14. We will skip Oct 31 due to Halloween. We encourage you to attend as many of the 10 weeks as possible, to stay consistent in your habits, build community, and fully experience the benefits.
What To Bring: Water bottle, comfortable walking shoes/clothes, and weather-dependent additional gear such as hat, sunglasses and layers.
