Blue Zones Project Petaluma: Walking Group (East Side)

A 10-week, one hour walking group, led by Blue Zones Project Petaluma Ambassador’s Julie Traverso, Annette Sprague and Mary Sabella!

What To Expect: A weekly, one hour, small-group walking series, open to all. This is a chance to Move Naturally with a Positive Pack, and build new community and friendships.

DETAILS:

5:45pm: Arrive and Check-In (Gazebo/picnic table)

6:00pm: Walk Begins

Where: Leghorns Park (690 Sonoma Mountain Parkway, Petaluma, 94954)

Parking: Free parking lot

Ages: All ages welcome

Pets: Well-behaved dogs welcome

What To Bring: Water bottle, comfortable walking shoes/clothes, and weather-dependent additional gear such as hat, sunglasses and layers.

Registration, Schedule & Attendance: Although it is a recurring 10-week series, you must register for each week's walk you plan to attend, even if you have registered for multiple in this series. This is a 10-week program from Tuesday August 19 to Tuesday October 21st. We encourage you to attend as many of the 10 weeks as possible, to stay consistent in your habits, build community, and fully experience the benefits.
