About this Event
OVERVIEW: This Sober Curious Series is a 10-week meetup group, open to anyone who is sober or curious about changing their relationship with alcohol. This is a safe, non-judgmental space where we can share openly, connect and hangout.
WHAT TO EXPECT: Each week, this one-hour meet up will begin with a short meditation to calm your nervous system and tune inward. Your facilitators will then guide this open conversation where you can share, simply listen, or both. This is a confidential, safe and non-judgmental space.
FACILITATORS: This group is co-lead by BZPP Ambassadors Kathleen Barnette and Heather Lenehan.
