Join us in this 10-week series of sensory-oriented strolls on paved trails through Westridge Park. Participants will check in at a beautiful garden, and then enjoy individual slow walks in nature, with a different sensory emphasis for each session.
This program will be limited 10 participants.

- 11 - 11:15am: Arrive and Check-In
- 11:15am - 12:15pm: Sensory Awareness Stroll
- 12:15 - 12:30pm: Closing Remarks in Garden

- Ages: All ages welcome (we will be walking approx .5 mile on a paved trail)
- Pets: No pets please

About Your Facilitator:
As a naturalist, Bruce Elliott has led countless groups on forest inmersion walks . As an art history professor, his most recent lifelong-learning course was entitled "Experiencing Nature As Art - The Cultivation of Perception".
