More About Ethan: Several years ago, Ethan Schiff's 130-lb weight loss journey ignited a passion for helping others improve their health. Prior to becoming the Community Engagement & Marketing Lead for Blue Zones Project Petaluma, he owned a successful Integrative Health Coaching practice, working with every day people around the country to improve their health across nutrition, fitness, sleep, stress, and habit development. He also hosts The True Health Podcast. With listeners in 40+ countries, the podcast provides tips on improving your relationship with food, movement and self.
More About Nichole: Nichole Warwick has decades of experience leading movements with lasting impact. She has a Masters in Arts, Psychology from Saybrook University, San Francisco, CA as well as Advanced Training in Mind-Body Medicine for Stress Reduction.
She merges warmth, empathy and passion with a psychology background to help others. Today, she is Executive Director of Blue Zones Project Petaluma, passionately working towards improving the health and well-being of the community.
