About this Event
*PLEASE NOTE: Due to the confidentiality and trust required, we will require participants commit to attend at least 8 of 10 weeks, and are capping the group at 10 participants total for the full 10 week series.
WHAT TO EXPECT: A Men's Group is a space for men to come together to connect, share, and support both each other and themselves. Each week, this practice begins with Breathwork, Meditation, and QiGong (gentle movement), followed by a portion where everyone gets to check in and share personal challenges, wins, or anything going on in life, with the option to simply share and receive support, or ask for feedback from the group.
YOUR FACILITATOR: This series is led by Adam Christie, who has been guiding a successful Men's Group in Petaluma for five years. We are grateful for his willingness to facilitate this group. To learn more about Adam, visit: http://www.adamchristie.org

- Thursdays from 7-9pm for 10 weeks
- *We will not meet Thanksgiving or Christmas week
- Begins November 7
- Doors: 6:45pm | Group: 7-9pm

- Two weeks we will be changing locations. The group will be notified.
