Blue Zones Project "HOA Summit" Vendor registration

• We are asking each vendor to create (1 PowerPoint Slide) that you can send to before July 19th so you can be included in the presentation that we will be projecting inside the auditorium as a promotion opportunity for all vendors.
• Please, feel free to be creative with your slide but also be conscious of what you want the message to be and the information you want to present. A (QR Code) always help so people can just take a picture of the slide, no sound, no motion.
• You are welcome and we recommend coming and set up the day before (Thursday, July 25th) between 9:00 am and 11:00 am or between 4:00 pm and 7:00 pm.
• If you are setting up the same day of the event, we ask our vendors to arrive and set up between 7:00 am and 8::00 am.
• After setting up your table, you are welcome to be part of the event and enjoy networking with other vendors and participants inside the Auditorium.
• Estimated attendance is between 75-100 Participants.
• Optional Door Prize Recognition Opportunity - If you would like to offer a Door Prize to be raffled off for the summit attendees, please list your donation so we can announce it and recognize your contribution.
• The event is inside so you won't need a tent or shade.
