The Blue Ridge Line Dancing Festival is a rain-or-shine outdoor event. By purchasing a ticket and/or attending the event, you agree to the terms outlined below:

This is an all-weather event. In the case of light rain or inclement weather, the event will proceed as scheduled. No refunds will be issued due to weather conditions unless the event is officially canceled in its entirety by the organizers.

• All sales are final. No refunds or exchanges will be granted, except in the event of full cancellation by the organizers.
• Tickets are non-transferable unless authorized in writing by MG Productions.
• Lost, stolen, or damaged tickets will not be replaced.

By attending the festival, attendees voluntarily assume all risks associated with attendance, including but not limited to:

• Exposure to inclement weather or heat
• Participation in dance or physical activity
• Contact with other attendees

MG Productions, Mizumi The Trading Post by Traber Ranch, sponsors, performers, contractors, and associated partners are not responsible for any injury, illness, theft, loss, or damages that may occur.

• All attendees are subject to search upon entry.
• The organizers reserve the right to refuse entry or remove any person whose behavior is deemed unsafe, unlawful, or disruptive.
• Outside food, beverages, weapons, and illegal substances are prohibited.
