On the Saturday the 21st of February 2026 the Blue Ribbon Foundation return to host their annual fundraising ball at the Horsham Town Hall.The Blue Ribbon Foundation honours the memory of Victoria Police members who have lost their lives in the line of duty by supporting meaningful community projects throughout Victoria. Our mission is to encourage the public to remember these brave officers and to show all serving members of Victoria Police that their dedication is deeply valued.
Join us for a memorable evening over a delicious 3-course meal catered by Speckled Duck. The night will feature the classic Bubbles for Bling Raffle with locally sourced sparkling wines. HeadRusH returns to blow us away again with their live music. The night also brings you raffles, the lucky dip, a silent auction and the 'ACE Live Auction'.
Travel to the event in a classic car! For an additional $25, ride in style with your choice of over 20 vehicles from the Wimmera Mallee Historical Society. Add to your ticket today or purchase at a later date but don't leave it too late, first in first pick of these fantastic cars.
Currently, the Horsham Branch is working towards a fundraising goal of $50,000 to purchase a new portable ventilator for the resuscitation room in the Horsham Emergency Department. Our inside story event in July got the ball rolling on this initiative but there is a long way to go. Stay tuned to hear more about this incredible life saving piece of equipment on the night.
