Blue Moons, the second full moon within a single month, are rare and luminous events. This year, we will experience a blue full moon on May 31st. We are excited to invite you to a deeply nourishing Blue Moon Sound Healing that evening, designed to help you clear stagnant energy, soften into stillness, and realign with what is ready to unfold next.
You will be welcomed with Blue Moon Tea infused with blue lotus flowers, followed by intention setting, gentle journaling, and a symbolic release ritual to create space for what is ready to be let go and what is waiting to emerge.
Then, settle in as crystal singing bowls and angelic vocals wash over you, guiding your body into profound relaxation and your mind into spacious clarity.

Please bring: A yoga mat and a pillow for beneath your head. Optional: A pillow or bolster for beneath your knees, a blanket to cover up with, and anything else to assist you to be comfortable to lie down during the meditation.
