A special event to connect to mind, body and breath. Blue Lotus Tea ceremony, Yoga Nidra and Sound Bath Wednesday Evening 7:45pm-8:45pm inside "The Chapel" at the Old Cheese Factory Berwick. Please arrive at 7:35pm to check in with the instructor, find a comfy spot and get settled before the class, doors will close at 7:40pm

What you need:
Please bring anything to make yourself comfortable for laying down; your own mat or towel, blankets, pillows, eye pillows, drink bottle, journal and pen
What to expect
The class will begin with a sacred Blue Lotus Tea ceremony to allow us to connect to our intention, ground, open to consciousness and connect and align on a physical, emotional and spiritual level.
Blue Lotus (Nymphaea Caerulea):
Native to Ancient Egypt, the Blue Lotus Flower was considered Sacred and to represent spiritual rebirth and life force energy. Served as a ceremonial Tea, the Blue Lotus flower warms your body with a light euphoric glow and allows you to access deeper parts of your subconscious. A gentle Dream Herb, the Blue Lotus Flower has Balancing Healing properties, particularly in the areas of circulation, immune system & reproductive organs. It nourishes, restores & rejuvenates our Chi (vital flowing energy), soothes the nervous system, and opens the pathways to inner vision
Then the class will be guided through Yoga Nidra, which is a form of guided meditation also known as “yogic sleep”. The practice draws our attention inwards to find a state of consciousness between waking and sleeping.
Finishing with a sound bath of crystal bowls and music to finish your night with healing.

Can no longer make it? No worries - please send me an email at least 6 hours before the class time to transfer your ticket to another week. Reschedule requests within 6 hours of the class start time will be ineligible for a transfer to ensure time to fill spaces with other eager yogis wanting to join the class.
